These Terms of Service apply to all purchases made through the Hotteeze Australia online store (this “Site”). By placing an order on this Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

“Hotteeze”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Hotteeze Pty Ltd (ABN 48 111 003 957), an Australian company. “You” and “your” refer to the customer purchasing products from us.

You agree to use this Site only for lawful purposes and not to disrupt or interfere with its security or operation. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site if we reasonably believe you are breaching these Terms or applicable laws.

We do not guarantee that the Site will be available at all times or free from errors, although we will use reasonable efforts to keep it running smoothly.

3. Product information and medical disclaimer

Our products are designed to provide warmth and comfort only and are not a substitute for medical treatment or advice. Always follow the instructions on the packaging and consult a medical professional for any health concerns.[

4. Orders and contract

Your order is accepted, and a contract is formed, when we send you an order confirmation email or dispatch your products, whichever occurs first. We may cancel an order before dispatch if products are unavailable, there is an error in pricing or description, or we reasonably suspect fraud.

5. Pricing and payment

All prices on this Site are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable, unless stated otherwise.

We may change prices at any time without notice, but changes will not affect orders we have already accepted. You must pay for your order in full at the time of placing it, using one of the payment methods offered at checkout.

Payment processing is handled by third-party providers (such as Shopify Payments, PayPal, etc.). By using those services, you agree to their separate terms and privacy policies.

6. Shipping and delivery

Shipping fees and delivery options will be displayed at checkout. Any delivery timeframes we provide are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Risk in the products passes to you when they are delivered to the delivery address you provide. Title passes to you when we receive full payment for the order. Please ensure your address details are correct, as additional fees may apply for re-delivery of orders returned to us as undeliverable or unclaimed.

We currently ship to addresses within Australia only (unless otherwise stated on this Site).

7. Returns, refunds and consumer guarantees

Our returns and refunds processes are explained in our Returns Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Please read it carefully before making a purchase.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any statutory rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable laws.

8. Promotions, discount codes and gift cards

From time to time, we may offer promotions, discount codes or special offers. Each promotion will be subject to its own specific terms, and we may withdraw or change promotions at any time, except where we have already accepted your order using that promotion.

Discount codes must be applied at checkout and cannot be applied retrospectively. Unless otherwise stated, discount codes cannot be combined and do not apply to shipping fees.
